Tata Consultancy Services en coordinación con las autoridades del Gobierno del Estado de Jalisco, Gobierno Municipal de Zapopan, el Consejo Municipal del Deporte Zapopan y con el aval de la Federación Mexicana de Asociaciones de Atletismo, tienen el agrado de invitar a colaboradores, empleados, socios comerciales, familiares y al público en general a la 1ª Carrera filantrópica Tata Consultancy Services Guadalajara bajo las siguientes bases:
Convocatoria

1er Carrera Filantrópica Tata Consultancy Services Guadalajara 10K, 5K y 3K 2015
Fecha:Sábado 21 de noviembre de 2015.
Salida y Meta:Polideportivo Metropolitano
Horario:8:00 horas.
Cupo limitado:2,000 corredores
Distancias:
- Carrera: 5 Kilómetros y 10 Kilómetros
- Caminata: 3 Kilómetros
Nota: Todo lo recaudado se donará de manera íntegra a “Fundación Mi gran Esperanza A.C.”, asociación dedicada a apoyar a niños con cáncer.
Adicional, Tata Consultancy Services donará la misma cantidad recaudada por concepto de Inscripciones.

3. Inscripciones
Costo $250.00 (Doscientos Cincuenta Pesos 00/100 M.N.)
a)Por internet: www.vibasolutions.com.mx pagando con cualquier tarjeta de crédito, a partir de la publicación de la presente convocatoria y hasta el 18 de noviembre según disponibilidad. Las inscripciones por esta vía son más $25.00 costo por servicio de cada inscripción realizada.

5. Entrega de Paquete de Competidor
Se realizará el jueves 19 y viernes 20 de noviembre, en las oficinas Corporativas de TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES 4 ubicadas en Carretera a Nogales km 13.5 C.P. 45010, Zapopan en Technology Park, en los siguientes horarios:
- Jueves 19 de Noviembre: 09:00 – 19:00 Hrs.
- Viernes 20 de Noviembre: 10:00 – 20:00 Hrs.
Es responsabilidad del competidor verificar que sus datos sean los correctos en la entrega de paquetes.
Importante: El corredor que no recoja el paquete en la fecha, lugar y horario estipulados, perderá todo derecho derivado de su inscripción. No habrá entrega de paquetes el día del evento.
Todo participante inscrito cede al comité organizador el derecho de utilizar su nombre e imagen en cualquier promoción relacionada con el evento.
6. Resultados Oficiales
Estos se publicarán el Sábado 21 de noviembre a partir de las 15:00 hrs. en: www.vibasolutions.com.mx y www.marcate.com.mx en donde obtendrás la impresión del certificado de tiempo oficial y fotografía al cruzar la meta sin costo alguno.
La decisión del director del cuerpo de jueces es inapelable.
7. Descripción de la Ruta
Ruta trazada por las principales avenidas del Municipio de Zapopan con salida y meta en el Polideportivo Metropolitano.
8. Premios
Reconocimiento especial a los primeros tres lugares absolutos en ambas ramas sólo en las distancias 10K y 5K.
- No habrá premios en efectivo.
- Para efectos de la premiación, el tiempo que se toma es el oficial.
- Todos los corredores registrados que crucen la meta obtendrán una medalla conmemorativa del evento.
9. Reglamentos
El de la Federación Mexicana de Asociaciones de Atletismo.
10. Abastecimientos
La carrera contará con abastecimiento en los kilómetros 2.5, 5, 7.5 y en la zona de recuperación de meta. En estos recibirás hidratación y asistencia del personal voluntario.
11. Jueces
Los que designe el comité organizador y sus decisiones son inapelables.
Cualquier asunto no previsto en la convocatoria será sometido a consideración del Comité Organizador.
12. Límite de Tiempo
Por la propia seguridad de los competidores, el “tiempo máximo” para la distancia de 5 y 10 kilómetros será de 1 hora con 30 minutos. El comité organizador cerrará la llegada a la meta después del tiempo límite señalado.
13. Guardarropa
Éste se encontrará a un costado de la zona de pre-arranque en donde los corredores podrán depositar sus pertenencias. (Nada de valor)
14. Servicio Médico
Se ofrecerá asistencia médica en caso de que se presente cualquier emergencia con una ambulancia con personal especializado en ruta y meta.
Te recomendamos someterte a un examen médico antes de la carrera dado que el estado de salud de los competidores es responsabilidad de cada corredor y NO del Comité Organizador.
15. Transitorios
Los puntos no previstos en la presente convocatoria, serán resueltos por el Comité Organizador.

3. Registrations

5. Delivery of Competitor’s Kit
To be made on Thursday, November 19 and Friday, November 20, at the TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES 4 Corporate Offices located at Carretera a Nogales km 13.5 C.P. 45010, Zapopan, in Technology Park; in the following schedules:
- Thursday, November 19: 09:00 – 19:00 Hrs.
- Friday, November 20: 10:00 – 20:00 Hrs.
It is the responsibility of the competitor to verify that his information is correct during the delivery of his kit.
Important: Any competitor that fails to retrieve his kit in the dates, time, and place provided above will lose all rights corresponding to his registration. No kit delivery will be made on the day of the event.
6. Official Results
To be published on Saturday, November 21, at 15:00 hours at: www.vibasolutions.com.mx and www.marcate.com.mx , where competitors may print their certificate with official time and photo after crossing the finish line, free of charge.
The decisions made by the chief of judges will be irrevocable.
7. Description of the Route
Route running through the main avenues of the Zapopan Municipality, starting and finishing at the Polideportivo Metropolitano.
8. Awards
Special Recognition to the absolute first three places in both categories, only in 10K and 5K distances.
- No cash prizes will be awarded.
- For the purposes of the award ceremony, the race times recorded will be official.
- All competitors enrolled that cross the finish line will receive a commemorative medal of the event.
9. Rules
The regulations of the Mexican Federation of Athletics Associations.
10. Supply Stations
The race will include supply stations at kilometers 2.5, 5, 7.5 and at the finish line recovery area. The stations will provide hydration and assistance from the volunteer staff.
11. Judges
Judges will be appointed by the organizing committee, and their decisions will be irrevocable.
Any unforeseen matters not provided in the invitation will be submitted to consideration by the Organizing Committee.
12. Time Limit
For the safety of the competitors, the “maximum time” allowed for 5 and 10 kilometers will be 1 hour and 30 minutes. The organizing committee will close the finish line past the established time limit.
13. Cloakroom Service
Will be located beside the pre-start area, where the participants may leave their belongings (no expensive items)
14. Medical Service
In case of any emergency, medical assistance will be provided with the use of an ambulance with specialized staff en route and at the finish line.
We recommend the competitors submitting to a medical examination before the race, since the health condition of the competitors will be the sole responsibility of each participant, and NOT of the Organizing Committee.
15. Transitional Provisions
Any details not provided in this invitation will be resolved by the Organizing Committee.
